A couple weeks ago Daryl drove the company trailer down with his truck to get the Widgeon. He left on a Wednesday midday which got him to southern Washington around dinner time where he was treated to an Italian dinner out with Tom & Julie. They were so gracious and offered up there home for Daryl to stay at while he spent several days there packing up all of the airplane pieces.
Thursday was a day spent working hard at organizing and filling up the trailer with airplane parts. Daryl and Tom started at 7:30am by pulling out all of Tom's airplanes from the hanger and grabbing his forklift and scissor lift. A kind neighbor brought donuts and then got to work pulling all kinds of parts out of the ceiling for a couple of hours. The wings were then brought down and loaded into the trailer.
